Cosmic Sponging

I know! 2 days in a row! :p

Hi everyone!

Today I tried out sponging for the 3rd time and this is the first successful attempt, it wasn't a gradient but I like it. :D

I tried to accomplish a spacey kind of look. Everything else came out good except the stamping in my opinion. Let me know if you liked the stamp or not.

Tools:

• Konad stamper & Scraper
• EBay plate m39
• Simple Pleasures white polish
• Sally Hansen: Celeb City
• Kleancolor: Pearl Pink
• Kleancolor: White
• Spoiled: Checkin' Into Rehab
• Sinful Colors: Let Me Go

Ready! Set! Go!

The Base colour was Spoiled: Checkin' Into Rehab, which I applied 2 coats of, which still ends up being a translucent but dark enough. It is a very lovely colour. I plan on wearing it on its own very soon.

I then sponged it with the Pearl Pink, and the Simple Pleasure white polish. (The reason I had used simple pleasures is because it is a very thin polish and I didn't want it heavy like the Kleancolor White polish.)

Next I used Sinful Colors Let Me Go, which is a very psychedelic polish, fairly transparent that a little shows through, but still too heavy to leave alone for what I wanted.

Sooo... I sponged again one more time and I think it was the topping on the cake.

I then stamped with the design that I thought would have looked good, but I was not too happy with the way it came out. I used a mixture of Celeb City and Kleancolor White to stamp. Top coat and finished!

HAUL: again!

Hi everyone,

I did it again. Went and bought more nail polish, i could not help myself, CVS had buy 2 get 1 free on Spoiled nail polish. and I ended up going Walgreens as well and picking up a few more polishes.

I only picked up six, even thought I was tempted to pick up more.

These are from last Wednesday, I did show them in the video I previously did but it was a bit dark so I took a better picture so you can see the colours better.

• Pink Zinfandel

Purple fun!

Hey everyone,

I know it has been a while but guess what! New polish and fresh nails!!

This is a great fun design and great for every day funky wear for "free spirited" individuals.

Tools:

• Sally Hansen: Hard As Nails Clear
• Sally Hansen: Hard As Nails Hardener
• Kleancolor: White
• Spoiled: 2 Weeks Sober
• Spoiled: Trust Fund Baby
• MASH Nail Stamper
• EBay Nail Plate

Steps:

1. Apply base coat
2. Apply 1 or 2 layers as needed of base colour.
3. While base colour dries paint the thumb with the glitter (Trust Fund Baby)
4. When base colour has dried use stamper and apply the chosen design to the index finger in the corner.

    5.  Apply Top coat to dry nails for the perfect shine.

    6.  Clean up as needed.

New Polish!

Hey everyone,
I know it has been a while since I last posted but I have a good reason :-)
I've been sick so me being sick and smelling nail polish never a good mix. I am sooooo sorry. But to make it up to you I went out and bought some new polish and used 2 of them. This post will only be the new polish.

They are a brand called Spoiled, saw them in CVS for $2.99, thought that was a great price and decided I'd buy them and try them.
